    The rule of thumbs seems to be never over 6000 rpm. Its best to limit them to not above 5500rpm etc. These engines suffer big end bolt problems if over rev`d.

    I specified 5.5k when I went to the rolling road, there is no point going above as it is all dropping off anyway
