He was desperate not to miss out on it at that price, so I loaned him the cash. (I Wouldn't have done that for an old M3 mind you)

No, we're not going to actually drive the things!!! That would be too expensive and stupid and loud. They just make nice ornaments for the exterior of the house. Pavement appeal, I think its called. Ha ha!!

The good thing for me, is it might kick start me into doing that charger install now. Whole kit is still sitting in the garage. If I don't fit it, I'll probably come back from a trip abroad to find it's under his bonnet!!! That sort of thing happens when I'm away. My stuff suddenly becomes his. Suits, Bose speakers, golf shoes. You name it.

Well done. Just make sure you get the cash back You know what kids are like now-a-days.

21 and a ZT260.......wonder what the insurance would be on that one.

700 was his best quote. He just transferred his existing policy over onto the ZT, for an extra 300 quid or so till end of March. Need to see what quotes he gets then.

    Thanks all, its been emotional!

Now... lets see how much money I have left after this move.... those MG/TFs are getting pretty cheap these days!!

Gonna have a dig around and find the various 260/ZT bits and bobs I have left lying round. Some bits maybe of use to some.
