    Default Registration Numbers

Does anyone know how many 260 ZT's are registered on '02' and '08' numbers? Mr Wilcox of AE Wilcox told me years ago that he knew of two on '08' plates.

001 is also on an 02 plate, David. 07 is on a 52 plate. Personally I have not come across any 08 cars.

    I counted them in and I counted them out (with apologies to Brian Hanrahan) - 005, 007, 019, 051, 103, 288, 354, 455, 577, 700 - the story continues.

I can only see two on 02 plates. There are five off the production line that could be 02's if registered straight away but two are showing as 52 so can only be three. Yours is also showing as Black David

Yes - only two post SPL cars on 02 plates, see here:

Also correctly shows 002 as red.

Glad I was able to back you up Tony The data I'm looking at is from MGR records.

You reminded me I was going to cross ref your info with the mgr data.

I wasn't intending to impugn you or your source Tim . Although the double VIN numbers remain puzzling and David's car is definitely red!

I know the true gist of the question and you are looking for genuine 02 plates. Mine was originally on an 04 plate but it is now on a personalised 02 plate so don't get excited if you see it at a meet.
