1) 2 rear springs (broken)
2) 2 rear discs (scored), rear pads and handbrake shoes
before I sell the house, any pointers from suppliers,

Unless you've already had the discs skimmed you should be able to skim them, there's a thread here.
Handbrake shoes, have they said why you need new shoes, they should never wear out at they only hold a stationery vehicle (handbrake turns excluded of course), usually just a case of poor adjustment, again lots of threads here about handbrake adjustment.
Rear pads, lots of options see this thread, usually pretty cost effective mintex one's on ebay
Rimmers are listing rear springs here how true that is I don't know

Most engineering companies will skim the discs for you. Just ask for as little material to be removed as possible. (This would be off the car)
I would rather have them skimmed off the car.
