Trick in not having wheels stick to the hub is to cover the hub and bolts in copper slip or grease. Break the nuts and do them up the the correct torque after the car has had its wheels removed at a garage etc.

I have just bought a Grand Scenic (7 seater) and that comes with a bottle of goo and an electric pump to pump it in to the tyre as it is reinflated.
I will be looking for a proper spare asap for that
