Rear brake disks

Yep we have some in stock, even to people living in Exeter. But you do need to be green

My rear brake disks are now needing changing, the only trouble is I can't find any.
What brakes did they use on the back or which car do they come from?
And I'll bet the handbrake shoes are shot too.......who makes those?
