Welcome to the world of the 260. That's a devilish car you have there...
Ken Bischoff Vin 075.
I once owned an MGB GT with reg NTT 666M and was going to put a V8 in it, which would see the reg as referring to No Tame Tourer. I called the car the Mini Beast, as we also had an Audi A8 4.2 at the same time.
When I had acquired a Griff 500 I sold the Mig to a chap from Scotland who called with a low loader to take the car home. I was explaining a little about the work I had done including recent brake pads and new bushes, head gasket replaced with the aid of my Uncle, a retired mechanic; and I recall his words, as he drove the car gently around my local patch, changing gear with precision and care: "she speaks for herself" - before knocking me down to a figure he wanted to shell out. I miss that little green gem of a motor. It's still out there, on the road.
Have fun out there & welcome to the fold
