    Hi Tim..

I dropped a PM to Domonic22?, like you suggested when i spoke to you at Hever MG show...But no reply yet from him?.

I also want to see about purchasing a NEW Subframe + also want to know how much it costs? + How (more importantly) much it would cost (Labour wise!) to get a garage to fit it etc. (approx). Is it "straight forward" + Do I keep the old one? Repair it?

Can you send us the link, to purchase one from yourselves, please + answer my questions (if you know the answers?).

    Thanks Tim..

    Regards, Andrew

    Thanks Harry..

However; Tim (Hayton) said that Dominic22? was organising the sale of them through the club for 1/2 that? - Unless I misheard Tim on Sunday.
I will, however, give Austin garages a call to,later today, to get an idea / how easy it is to fit a NEW one.

Alternatively; I just "repair" current original one
It only came up as an "advisory" + car passed + garaged + doesnt go out in wet etc.

Tim; If you read this ...Can you point us in the right direction of the subframe that you mention "you; The club" was selling - Thanks!

    Regards, Andrew

Andy found it for you Andrew. Dom is running low but should be able to help you. He's been on holiday but will give him a poke.

The other route is...the repair service done at the M.G.O.C. Workshops. This is...around £450 +/- .
They perform the repair with the whole subframe etc..still in situ !
    The advantage being..the whole geometry etc..is not effected..I believe.i
They have done quite a few, and know all about it.
Obviously..alot cheaper than the ..New one ..route.!
