Also my age made difference. Im currently paying £90 per month insurance for my 190 and for the 260 itl be £60p/m because im 25. Theres the nicer sound that comes with the V8 that im looking forward to
and the joys of pulling away in third and going like a train into 3 figures!!

Another thing I was going to ask is do the SE extras make a big difference or can I get away with certain sacrifices?
SE has everything, non SEs have nothing!
I have had both and both have their charms, I liked the basic no frills non se the same as I like my all toyed up current SE....
Weight wise, the most weight is in whether or not the car has a sunroof, so if you want to save weight get a non SE without a sunroof (A lot of non SEs had a sunroof as an optional extra)
The electrical extras dont make a huge difference weight wise...
