Hi all,
bad news from #526, it is damaged now. I think most work to be done at the suspension / chassis. I know the previous owner, who sold it to a test pilot as it seems:

thanks for the update Tom.
Doesn't look bad in the pictures, but like you say any suspension and chassis damage is hidden.

there is a discussion in the german forum that even in case of light side impacts like hitting a snowbank the airbags sometimes will be activated
maybe another member there will have a look
well thats pretty much identical to the damage I had to my car after a Vauxhall Corsa slid into me at low speed. Airbags did not deploy because I was stationary. Impact less than 20kmh.
It was not expensive to repair.
The subframe and chassis was not damaged, it was just the lower suspension arm bent, but replaced all other suspension components at same time just in case, eg strut, roll bar drop link etc.
Also, a replacement wing, arch liner, repair to the bumper and a few other bits and bobs. All in, was done for less than £2000 including respraying much of the car not related to the accident but to correct a few scratches here and there caused by the storage company.
So looking at that car's damage, I would say an easy repair but added costs to fix the airbags etc
this was mine:

quite supprised that the srs deployed. Parts for airbags are easy enough to source though.
