Default Heater Control panel wanted for blue Led mod

Just wondering if anyone has a spare heater control panel, there's a chap on the 75 site who will do a blue led conversion, but I would rather send a spare, once its done and I send him mine he can then do them by exchange,
The 260 is different to other models

Gona do mine, but the buttons only. Keep the display orange to match the instrument pack mileage display.

Doing a bit of digging have found that the units for the 260 may be different - can anyone confirm that the aircon switch unit on the 260 is the same as other variants?

    Cheers

Yes Colin the 260 /Rover V8 is different to the ordinary ones on other ZT's and rovers The one on ebay has R8 after its discription so I guess its the right one, I have emailed SMC to ask the question just in case

Have also bought an R8 - info I have is "As I understand it, the unit on the 260 is different, because the aircon system on the 260 is not the same as on other variants. I've been told that the control board in the CCU is the only part that's different, so in theory that can just be swapped over - which is just a two minute job"

Very interested in SMC response - am hoping to meet with Steve (calibrax) in next few days so could help us both out!

Smc say there the same, Luckily whilst rummaging behind dashboard recently I made a note of the part no its JFC101785, this tallys with SMC part no and the EPC for the 260
