    Welcome along....I would guess that the rear springs have broken at some point, and someone has fitted non V8 springs...

    but wouldnt that mean the wrong springs as i didnt think that non v8 rear suspension was anything like v8... im actually a mechanic and cant identify where they come from lol

    Well bang goes the wrong size wheels theory - would have to agree with Greeners - wrong springs

    What are the last 3 digits of the VIN - see if anyone on here knows the car

    ill have a look in the morning and post on here guys no worries. and i take it the non v8 springs would fit in the arms just not have the same height platform then

    Whatever you have on the car, it sounds initially at least, that a bodge has been commited using, what sounds like, the suspension from a landrover. :-). Is it the same front and back chap?

    hmm maybe lol. no the front looks reasonable. can anyone measure spring hright for me and let me know? maybe i can have half a chance at identifying it then.

    yeah def not right guys they the mgzt touring springs. brilliant. well all my parts suppliers dont list for the beast so any ideas where i can source a pair guys?

    No need to identify the springs, they're obviously wrong.

    Just get the right ones and all will be better

    PS. Ride height should be around 395mm (398 front 390 rear), measured from centre of wheel to wheel arch, unladen
