    I was under the impression that you have to take engine mounts out, but someone told me at a show that you can take the bulkhead plate off but i am not sure.

    That sounds like the same trick as changing the rear spark plugs on the v6 car. Fiddly but way easier than removing mounts. Cheers Steve I'll look into it.

    yes if you take out the bulkhead plate then they will come out,the plate can be a fidley job though.
    i removed then of my old engine this way

    Cheers for the confirmation. Yes if they are like the v6 ones then they are a pain in the buttocks. Anyone done a full plug change in a v6? Cos I can tell you it's an arse stupid job.
