    Default Introduction

Introduction - Ian W Just Purchased grey ZT-T 260SE #749 I still have to fill out the questionare. also have Grey CDTI ZT-T for last 6 years.
Last owner of the 260 has had it since new has had a few dodgy paint touch ups but mechanically seems fine and every thing works. I am just in the process of getting it into local garage for a few checks before I am confident about it being a good buy lovely set of smoke chrome fully refurbished wheels and the hand brake even works unlike my CDTI.
Any one in the north of Scotland ? i live as far as you can go. looking for a good dealer at the moment plan to use local ford garage in Thurso but would prefer an MG dealer with knowledge.

    Cheers Ian W

Hi Ian I'm up around Aberdeen, I think there is someone else further north but can't think of a name, they may come along and introduce themselves.

Spotted a Mk I in Inverness a couple of years ago with a very short number.

As Andy says Brian (Scooter on here) at Dreadnought would be the place to go if you have any concerns.

    Enjoy the paranoia!!

Allicatt was the one I was thinking of.

I thought we had a couple more in or around Glasgow?

Welcome Ian, up as far as you can? I have a uncle who lives in Reay and we do visit from time to time. I know you will be paying a fair amount for fuel, it must be the most expensive place I have had to buy fuel. Enjoy the freedom that comes with being that far north

I am in Falkirk and I bought mine from a chap in Orkney 4 years ago. I even took it back there a couple of months ago on a business trip so it burbled through Thurso to get the ferry!

There's another not 2 miles from me on the Bellsdyke Road. Anyone from here?
