I think the current owner is on here, but not often. Sorry can't recall the name though

He bought it from Thomspn & Thompson of Lydney a when i first started looking at 260's.

I think I've only seen it twice, at Longbridge as mentioned above and at a MGCC Donnington race meet back in 2006/7

    it does look nice!

    Hello The cars mine
Yes i did go to longbridge this year that being only the second meet. I live in the depths of snowdonia and everything seems miles away. I am going to be gutted when it goes but cash is tight and this being my second car(the other carries the dogs and kids) it has to go.
Can i thank every one here the car would have gone a long time ago if it was not for the wealth of knowleage and know how here on the site, i have had its seems every fault found with the 260 from anti freeze everywhere(split heater hose only second time in car) to cutting out on main A5 island(fuel filter coming loose) to steam everywhere on way to meal on christmas day (leaking heater valve). But all of this is forgotten when i turn the key at the end of the week for my week end run.
    Again thankyou everyone

Good luck Jay, lovely colour. This one and Tony's green estate. I could have 3 x V8's.......... and no wife or house.

agree - if only I'd won the lottery on Friday - several new cars, a blower or 2, new house......I might even have paid the tax bill
