Colin Ellis #456 It'll be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end
I also think 5k change is over the top. My car has 103k on the clock now, and I tend to do a change every 7.5k miles so cut out one oil change in 15k miles. As others have said, if the oil used was high quality synthetic I wouldnt worry too much about it. If it had been before the 1st change that might be a different matter, but as it was later after decent running in I would think its OK. Mine, after 7k or so, comes out looking as clean as new even at this mileage.

As the engine has had its first(important oil change) then I would not worry as long as it has the correct synthetic oil put in. Give it a good run and then oil/filter change, it will be ok. Enjoy the car. I would also change the diff oil.
