260 MANUALS etc
I have just bought a 260 SE prefacelift. It has only come with the manual which includes the service record. There is no manual for the highline DVD/TV. Was this and or a document wallet supplied originally?
Also how do I locate my 1-215 vin number?

the satnav manual was seperate.
the last thre Vin numers are visible on the vin plate near the bottm right hand corner of the windscreen as you look at it front the front (ie passenger side of car)

yes the highline unit had a manual/book
they come up from time to time...
not sure what you mean by 1-215 but I assume you mean the last three digits of your vin... ie look on the v5 if indoorsor on the vin plate in the passenger window if near the car
the last three figures are the identifier we all refer to

I guess 1-215 is a reference to the fact he knows it's pre-facelift but not (yet) which one
