Don't X-Powers sell for around £400 on ebay - so a decent set of ZT-T x-powers are almost worth buying this car if you get it for £500, that's before you break it and get back the value of anything else.

    Red face

When it was on Ebay the first time round I spoke to him and when he said he wanted £2,000 for it. This I thought was to much, but he said most of the value would be in the power train. I said to him that if it was broken for parts I would be interested in the remains of the car less power train, at the right price.
I already have a spare power train and front/rear suspension and sub frames. All I need now is a body shell and all the little odds a sods that fit to it.
If anyone hears of another damage one please let me know.
I know of a spare shell but it is a long long way from home.
If I keep buying it bit by bit do you think I can get away with a second 260 without the wife noticing?

    rear window shot dodgy,
and was lifted with a hi-abb from one place to another-he said so,hence damaging the upper door frame /roof
i was going to buy it first time round but a v8 on a cdti log book is as much use as t**s on a bull
pointless otherthan for the few v8 bits left

Thanks for the info on the hi-abb lift.
Anyone know if it is the V8 shell or the cdti moded to take the V8 parts?

Both my 75 cdti and ZT260 road tax are due at the end of the month

    £235 for the 75Cdti

    £245 for the ZT260

If you run these car £10 would not change your mind, the risk of being fined ect are to great.

    £20 a year for my Fiat500 diesel.
