    Default Howdy

Just like to say hello. I`ve been lurking here for some time and felt it was about time to actually register and say hello.

I`ve had a few good cars in my time some over rated and some under rated. Four pots, turbos, V5s, V6s etc.

I think I`m due a V8. A brand new SD1 Vitesse would do it but a 260 would suffice Hope to get to know some of you soon.

    Hello and welcome.

Its like evolution and the next logical step, and since you can't get a 7 cylinder. V8 sounds like the best place.

    Hi and welcome.

I always wanted a rover V8, dating back to the P6, and the SD1 vitesse was high on the list, but a 260 willl more than satisfy your desire.

a lot of car for the money, and no unsortable issues.

Thanks for the replies guys. Just read B gruens post on the 75 V8 or zt260. Interesting that the Rover is still popular. Did they ever come in a manual?

    Hi Brian,

Nice to see you on here.

The Rover variant was auto only.
