Interestingly I understand that the brushed aluminium looking V8 wing badges were fitted to the ZT's and the shiny ones to the R75

Mine's obviously had them both replaced - with the wrong ones

i had a shinny one on one side and a brushed on the other, first thoughts where accident repaired but nothing recorded etc, so replace one of them to the proper one. although can't remember which one.

Apparently, there was satin chrome and polished chrome V8 badges. The one I bought off Ebay was satin chrome, which is still shiney. So are the polished chrome ones for the 75? If so then perhaps I did buy the right one. Will need to compare when I next get her out of the garage. I know the facelift never had a V8 badge on the boot lid but I think it needs it.
