    Default zero's or x-powers?

which give the better sound? never heard any in real life so just going on youtube at the moment which has a few clips of xpowers but none with zero's.Are zero's stainless steel as I've seen a few 260's with these fitted and they always seem to be black/discoloured as opposed to the x-powers which are always nice and shiny

X-powers are louder, but I don't know if that means better to you. They resonate a bit too, which can be boring.

I believe Zeroes are stainless. Some folk have also used others (Powerflow spring to mind), so you have more than just the two options.

Oh, you'll probably have trouble finding X-powers...

Zeroes dont have rolled ends to them... so the pipes can look dirty if they arent cleaned. They are stainless though and the rest of the box stays pretty shiny even without TLC.

XPowers were also a proper MG option!

I have just bought a set of zero's and well pleased with them, I prefer these to x powers, as they are a quality item.

When I had the Xpowers on I had no problems what so ever. I now have the cobras which can be viewed on youtube. I will be reverting to the X's just have to have them cut down as they are for the ztt. I will watch the new ones on e-bay and possibly place a bid then if lucky put the ZTT X's up for sale. Oh the X sound better than the cobra's if not as pleasing on the eye.
