Those slave wheels look a little familiar......Apex's off to Team Dynamics for a make over by any chance? They do an excelent job there! Wheels come back better than new. They will add the finishing touch nicely!

Car does look very good after getting rid of the winter blues! I bet you are sad to see it go after all the work you put into it. At least you will have given it top looks for its send off to its new owner to enjoy.

Yup, it'll look the best that its ever looked! They were all things that I promised I'd do, so why they're all being done before it goes on Thursday.

I'm going to be gutted and really depressed on Friday, especially as my TF won't be ready probably until the weekend or early next week

btw Salamander, did you notice any noises when on full lock with those slaves? It sounds as if its catching on something.

Also, aren't the tyres awful! Lethal in the wet and not much better in the dry.

All I'll say is that its slightly more than you pay the local bunch of eastern european car valleters, but then, the results are related to the amount you pay!

Probably best to drop them a line - http://www.midlandsdetailing.co.uk/contact.php

They are the same tyres as I had when I had my wheels refurbished. They were a bit poor but they are budget tyres. Just shows you only get what you pay for. I drove about on them for a month due to circumstances, but better than having no transport because you have no wheels. They keep you mobile.

Never noticed any knocking sounds though. Did they fit the spacer ring between the wheel and the hub. Its clearly visible if you look through the wheel if its fitted.

Grim day is forecast for this Thursday then.
