    Hi, and thanks.
I have been lurking for some time now waiting for the right time to pounce, Usually I frequent some of the other MG Rover forums (dark and light), so quite familiar and own quite a lot of MGR stuff only the V8 remains elusive for me so far!!!

    Nothing like a V8 I'm afraid. A 111i, 414s, 75 SE Tourer and a TF160, oh and T4 diagnostics if that counts.

Been searching some car valuation sites, interestingly the 75 V8 in some cases is almost £1500.00 cheaper than the ZT V8, With the 75 V8 being an auto would that make the difference in price or are there other things that make the 75 cheaper?

Malcolm the owner told me quite openly that his 75 V8 has a little damage on the chrome surround premium grille and little bit too on the honeycombe grille, so it does not help as the parts are very rare if not impossible to get hold of.

Strange, I thought 75 V8's got a premium as much rarer
Colin Ellis #456 It'll be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end

Yes I thought 75's were usually a bit more expensive (But still far too cheap for the quality of car!!)

maybe thats the difference between buyers guides, and reality. They are not always the same with specialised cars like ours

TF160 snap! Used to cover many miles in 414's when we had them in the works car pool.

I'm sure you could find the parts via here
