is it possible to approach the original suppliers now or can they offer am alternative route via the new owners.

Yes. definitely interested! Whats up with the parts surrounding the tray? Have damaged the left front one close by the bumper.

I've fitted a new one from ebay, which is a diesel one......it fits perfectly except the two rear mounts which don't line up.

Cable ties for now but 2 little strips of ally, will do the job.

Hi David if you have fitted the diesel under tray did you remove the metal plate from it first or just fitted it complete. Looking at Andys pictures it looks as though you could simply cut the two rear tails off and re drill to line up the original fixings. or have I lost the plot?

Did this ever get off the ground?

My current V8 has a tray and it looks all okay, but I remember the first V8 (VIN 323) never had one and probably didn't have it from new at it had 600 miles on the clock when I got it...

Did anyone else have a missing tray problem?

Never knew it was supposed to be there until I got this one...

Its a pending project. We tried to get the owner of the tray frames to make some for us but no deal. At the time he had his eye on China so did not want to rock the boat.

I'm thinking why try and replicate, why not improve the design and its that we need to develop.

I'll start a thread with the question on demand
