    Default Treasured 260SE - What's she worth?

    Hi All

I'm needing to raise some cash and wondered what my treasured 260 SE would be worth?

She's an 04 plate 260SE with the Safety pack and zenon headlights. British Racing Green.

She has Cream Leather interior (Special edition)

I've kept her garaged and she's never been driven in the wet. I generally just get her out to clean her and take her on the odd 'joy' ride.

I've had her since new, she's immaculate and has covered under 4000 miles.

Anybody interested just drop me a line.

i would put it in the high 12k, and i think it would be worth every penny. given what some dealers are asking for higher mileage cars you could even try 15, but doubt it would sell.

Wish that had been around when I was looking - doubt I'd have been able to afford it though - stunning car

My guess would be in line with Peter valuation but as I say it is a guess!

    Thanks Guys, that's really reassuring.

Yep, she's just like brand new and she means a lot to me.

I've kept her so nice that it's stopped me using her. I just don't want to get her dirty!

I think being realistic and given that I could do with a cash injection I'd be happy with £12k to a good home.

She's so unique she's hard to price. There can't be many still around in the same condition.

Where do you reckon it'd be best to advertise her? She's quite specialist.

PS. She's even got a full alloy wheel in the boot as a spare 'cos I don't like relying on those repair spray cans!

i would start with this forum and other mg and rover forums, if nothing comes of that, then the likes of piston heads, autotrader etc, but if your not in a rush to sell then definitely hold out for the best price.

Put it here first Andrew. Don't cost you anything and I know there are a few on here looking to buy. Plus the same advert in the 75&ZT club.
