Although the earliest (?) ZTT, No 25, only made £5305 five days ago.

I've been having a good look at this car for a couple of weeks now, it's a bit out of my budget but it is close to the exact spec I wanted when I started my 260 search.

It's not reg'd as an SE but it does have the TV, so I guess that means it's one of the "inbetweeners" or otherwise it was registered wrong.

Does the presence of the TV indicate it will also have the harmon kardon stereo?

I reckon it's priced too high and wont shift at that price, as soon as I've got a bit more cash together I'll be ringing them and making an offer, can't hurt to try!

Look at Clive's car - 3 years newer, lower mileage, and £3k less money. Do the tourers really command that much of a premium?

By the way - hi everyone! Looking forward to becoming a 260 owner.

It does appear to have the TV screen etc, although in amongst all the drivel in the advert, you would have thought he might mention that. Maybe sat nav/tv doesn't work so he hasn't mentioned it. (?)

The ad says cloth interior but looks like alcantara to me. Heated seats too. Do we know what the VIN is?

Hmmm, well, it looks like LeMans Green to me - too light for BRG. It's a Mk1, with Smokestone Alcantara trim and it's a Tourer - this narrows it down to 4...

    VIN 25
    VIN 33
    VIN 34
    VIN 36

Of the 4, according the thread above, VIN 25 was sold recently, so it's not that one. VIN 36 belongs to Tezzy on here, unlikely to be this one, although possible.

So VIN 33 or 34 it seems. That plate has been on a number of 260s though so is no use to me for pinning it down any further sadly.
