    Default Spacesaver wheel

Any chance you can use these on a 260?

Definitely will not fit on the back as the discs and calipers are too big. I found this out on the side of the M25 recently

It will not fit on the front of the ZT190 either and they supply the car with this as a spare with a note in the handbook - for a front puncture remove a back wheel and fit to front then fit spacesave to rear. Imagine doing that on the hardshoulder of the M1 at night in the rain

Trick there is to undo the bolts a turn or two then move the car, a foot or so is normally enough to free it.

hmmm not sure about that, a good punch/kick to the top of the wheel, then rotate usually works for me,

Sorry John but my experience on the M25 showed that you cannot fit the space saver on the back of a 260

Hi Keith, It was the ZT190 I was referring to, I can't believe they supplied this knowing it would only fit the back wheels with the resultant sodding about if you get a front puncture.

I wouldnt fancy fitting a space saver to anything! Ive seen BMWs Jags etc... on the motorway with them on, and they dont look safe!
