    Powerflows I guess then ??

I too would be interested in quads with XPower type sound. I have XPowers and love the sound they make. I dont find it all that bad. It really comes down to how careful you are with the loud peddle around town!

I am keeping an eye on the forum but shall not be developing anything until i have met the minimum initial order quantity to cover the development costs.

    Correct

But would not have the time to make up many versions and offer different db levels. Once we have the basic design and a DB level ascertained, we could advise if we could offer louder or quieter versions.

As 911 said, I prefer the quad look but am interested in a much more... err... visceral exhaust note. However, its possible some people will just want the quads with sublte OEM sound to replace their original sets etc. - We should be able to offer loud and quiet versions of each. Although only being rear boxes i would not expect large changes in volume.

I have a set of zeroes im more than happy with, and from the comments from the xpower owners im not sure i could live with xpowers the full year round (low revving drone - winter slow speed months etc), so basically im am interested in a loud set of boxes for summer...

But as geoff said, it would be good if a full set of plans for the entire system was drawn up so when parts do eventually go, we have a place to turn to. - We shall look into the other sections when the car comes back for full development. The only thing we may struggle with is the over axel section, we would need to drop the rear of the car in order to develop this fully. This would take alot of time to do and thus the cost of that section would need to be quite high in order to recover our development costs. When the car is here i am happy to offer a quote to do this section but would again, need solid orders before we started pulling the car apart. The rest of the system should be okay to do tho.

Nice range of work by the way, good to have you onboard - Thank you.

No problem If you call and place the order and deposit we can get things going

If any of you are wondering how this would work, please have a read of this thread (LINKY). We did the same with the Lotus Elan forum. They came to us wanting a system to be developed, so we looked at a car, offered the quote, the members then called and paid deposits, once all deposits were received, a development date was set and the car worked on. Once that was done, the balances were paid and the orders shipped.

I hope that is all okay.

    Kind Regards

    Question for Piper.

I would want quad pipes. Would this be a single pipe coming out of the exhaust box or would this be twin pipes. I know it will appear the same but I would certainly want the twin pipes coming out of the box (like the zero's).

Sound wise I would look (hear) for something a bit louder than the Zero's if possible but the dreaded 1500-2000 rpm problem is something i worry about.

to make it really difficult. I have a ZT-T. Would you need 10 orders for the ZT or will you also accept ZT-T's.

Does the price include fitting ? (although I most likely would need to get them shipped to the NL)

    Thanks, Peter

What are the numbers looking like here? I'm very keen for a set of quads for my car, but the zeroes are too quiet for my taste.

If these aren't looking like being forthcoming, I'll probably get a set of cobras like the ones above.

    Hi Garry

Just wondered if there was any progress on this yet, as per PM I have an intermediate pipe you can borrow for measurements if it is of any help.

I'd be keen to explore a whole system, as I believe others have mentioned, as the standard set up (at least on mine) is starting to show its age.

    Cheers
