    Default Polishing and claying

Used the new wax from AutoGlym tonight, results were amazing , only thing is the car needs claying again after 2 years so all I did was one panel, The AutoGlym chap yesterday at Prescot gave me a tip, to see if your car needs claying, rub the car over with some plastic wrapping similar to crisp packets, its amazing how rough it feels !! Just hope Halfords sell it locally or its send off for some

I tend to clay about 3 times a year, a good thorough wash, dry, clay (with a heavier cut if not done regular) or a lighter cut if done more often, the a good polish and a layer of wax or two.

    can recommend these people

    and this product

although the meg's claying kit is good, you may find that its to mild for your car if its not been done in a long time.

    Also this

acts as a really good clay lubricant when diluted and can be used to clean the car of dust, really good when used in a spray bottle.

Wish I could use some of my Cleanyourcar products but I think Tim is struggling to find me an adaptor to fit my Bosch pressure washer

Thanks for Links Peter, I managed to get some from local halfords it was the megs and worked well as the car had only very mild pimples ( you know what I mean ) so I washed it clayed it, dried it , applied the wax supplied in the kit , buffed it off, then applied the new swanky Autoglym !! and now its finished what a result best shine I have ever had, total time taken 4 hours and didnt hang about so now feel knackered but satisfied
