Hi Andy,
Just to let you know the CD arrived safely yesterday (19 Dec) so it took 9 days which is pretty reasonable for the season. Can't give you the exact hour though () as I was in Geneva for meetings all day and got back at 11PM to find it waiting for me. Just about to boot it up and have a browse!
Still waiting for something from Amazon UK though whcih they shipped by Parcelforce on 4 Dec.
