    Default Saffron 260

Had it advertised on Auto Trader - what a waste of time. Then on Ebay - and kept getting crazy offers. Need to sell though as it's taking space up on the drive. Anyone interested - £5900 - no offers

    Old Ebay link....

    Thanks

From Memory, any posts on it seemed to be slating the colour
I actually think I quite like it the more I look , but the missus wasn't keen when I showed her.. so I guess its a 'Marmite colour'
As Peter said... Silly Money especially with the rareity of colour

Preaching to the converted in here, its crazy the drop in cash for such a solid car....

    Good luck with the sale...

There's not much around on Autotrader, and the Safron one seems the best value.

Here have a look at the pictures on THIS ONE. What's the significance of the cow on the rear bumper do you think? Is it a Mustang cow

The cow you refer to is a Spanish bull, the car has probably been to spain.

Ahh, i always wondered about that.

It's like the Christian fish logo, wondered about that for ages until i spotted one with legs and the word DARWIN written in the middle of it - hehe! A real 'lightbulb moment' and a good giggle too.

    Best of luck selling!

I don't mind the outside colour at all, but I reckon the cream leather would probably put a lot of people off?

Cream, tan or any other colour as an interior is fine if it is all coordinated, but having just the cream seats in an otherwise dark interior looks really odd to my eye.

What do others think? Does it look better in the flesh? Might it be worth advertising without a photo showing the upholstery, just saying leather in the ad, and then relying on people being hooked at the test drive stage?

as you say chris the leather is a bit much, but that wouldn't put me off as you could soon change it, like anything really if you have the money, time or even resources anything can be changed, modified or fixed
