    Default 18* alloys for sale

    Yet more alloys for sale!!!

Set of 4 eleven spoke alloys as fitted to MK2 facelift MG ZT.

I had these wheels refurbished and painted gunmetal grey. The finish is far better than the original factory finish.

Tyres are correct 225/45/18. Although one will need replacing. Other 3 still have plenty of tread 4-5 mm.

Still on car at the moment. will get my new wheels fitted next week.

Will sell for £300 ono Will hold out putting them on eBay for a couple of weeks.

    Nick.

Yeah I did. I picked up a set of five needing refurbishment for £250. I'm getting them done at the same place I had my eleven spoke alloys refurbished in January for the same price - £300. Getting the fith done for free so to say!! Will have a full size spare instead of a silly space saver.

Like the colour of those wheels, my Apex' need a refurb and have been trying to decide what colour to do them, and the gunmetal looks good with Starlight.

I'm going slightly lighter with my apex wheels. Rover steel grey that is a prety good match to the original shadow chrome, but a lot more durable. Although I do like the darker gunmetal colour (honda mica shade) because you never have to clean the wheels.

Here is a rubbish camera phone picture of a set of apex alloys on a starlight 260 with the darker gunmetal finish that I used for a reference when I got my eleven spokes sprayed. Really suits the car imo.

The darker colour does look good, not sure if I could go as far as a full black though.

Post some pictures of the new wheels when they're done.
