    Default Vandalized!

    Hello everyone,

My car has been vandalized. On Sunday morning I found it outside our house in a miserable shape: some idiot had broken the left wiper-arm and made deep scratches on the bonnet and the left wing. The paint-shop says it will cost me about 7.000 SEK (700 EUR). I´m very sorry and dissapointed over how some people behave.

Likewise, I am gutted for you Ralph. As you say, it is very disappointing.

I am taking my son and a couple of his friends to Blackpool karting tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to parking the car anywhere prominent.

I had a Black mk1 XR2 in the eighties and kept it dirty deliberatley to avoid any unwarrented attention, to stand any chance of survival you have to be "tuned in" to the same scum frequency that they seem to operate on,... if you park away and secluded then your fair game,if you park with the masses then "door dingers" get you!.

Was it just your car or was it several??

Hope its not a target to some nutjob because of the slightly lacking 'eco' credentials etc. Lets hope it was a one off random event.
