    Default Does anyone know?

Hi to all. I have owned a MKI 190+ and currently own a MKII ZT-T +120. I can wait no longer.....

    I test drove this yesterday:
    http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk...=&max_mileage=
    I couldn't help myself.
Does anyone know anything about it's history? i.e. track days, dealer demo, people with very heavy right feet or anything SMC may not know about, etc
    (commission number: 18523)
    Any input appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Luke

Commision = Vin? If so, you are looking for a 3 digit number at the end of the number on the bottom of the windscreen.

Its a Mk1 by its front bumper so should be around #200 or under.

NOt much chance on VIN I'm afraid at the moment. I think that would be one cheeky question too far. Car is 250 miles from me. Just happened to be in London at the weekend and saw my chance to call in.

    Luke,
You should wait a little longer in my opinion. There are plenty of opportunities to buy a better car than this appears to be. It's a relatively low spec and the wheels look awful on the website.
The mileage is fine of course but many 260's for sale have low mileage. I think you can do better for the same price

    It'll be worth the wait

That and there will be cars closer to home...

Check out the 260 members cars for sale, either here or at XPF. You will be able to track the cars history through forums etc and will already know that the essential mods have been done. Also... Private prices are often less than the dealers.
