Shall keep an eye on the auction.
I am surprised at how much interest a pair of badges has generated, numerous people have messaged me asking if I will do a Buy it Now.
Sold a singleton V8 (shiny) in 2021 on an eBay auction for £50 + P&P, 10 bidders.
Sold 1 shiny with a tiny scratch for £20 about the same time, and a single satin one for £40, both to members.
All of them were "NOS", except the scratched one which came from Austin's (new and unused, but scratched in storage).
The highest price I have seen achieved was £160 for a pair at around the same time.
Three years on, difficult to assess current value, but since they are generally not out there for sale any more, I assume prices will go up rather than down!
Silly money really.

What are these, mk1 or mk2?

There's no difference, Ross. Satin or Shiny are the only options. All Rovers were shiny, and some later 260s, but not Mk1/Mk2 determined. WHERE they were fitted varied. Rovers and Mk2, ZT's on the wings and early Mk1 ZT's only on the left side of the boot lid in Satin. Many later cars have been retro-fitted with a boot badge by their owners.
All those pictured appear to be for the shiny bright ones, nominally for the Rover 75 V8, suffix 'MMM'. Are those all your's? Whether or not means that it is no wonder no Rover V8 owner can buy one, since they all appeared to have vacuumed up as 'spares' for for someone's 260!
Must confess, when I found 6 for sale on the 'Bay in 2019, I did buy 3 for myself (having one car, all I actually needed), then, not being here as a 'Market Trader', nor that way inclined, I posted the link up here as a "Tip", for any other members and enthusiasts in need could at least have a chance. Two more people happy.
I recall when the 18 ECU's were listed here for members by Dominic a few years ago, and handled via the Forum at his request for fairness sake, a couple of individuals, smelling money, tried to place multiple orders; fortunately that got stamped on, so that (eventually) 18 members were happy, instead of just a handful. One of those same individuals, undeterred, tried to latch on to the limited number of heated windscreens in the same way too, IIRC.

If anyone has a shiny badge and wants a satin, Matt Laquer works a treat! Not perfect, but not bad!
Good tip! I have used something similar to create a Satin-effect on the Cumulus Grey part of a Premium grill. The paint specialist said to use the Ford Focus metallic grey gloss, which he supplied, and then the cheapest spray can of 'Gloss Clear Coat' you can find at the £1-store. Worked a treat.
