    Default History on #442?

I'm the recent new owner of 260 #442 (RX56 HFS), a non-SE XPower Grey ZT 260 and I'm trying to track down as much of the cars previous life as I can. I've just got the V5C through, but I assume due to GDPR the previous owner details are no longer listed.

The car has had 4 previous owners, I have tracked down owners #1 and #3 and am in touch with #3 who has filled out a few more details.

The car was stored / off the road for most of it's time with owners #2 (possibly now California based) and the most recent, #4 (possibly Worcestershire based from the few bills I have with the car). If either are still a member, please PM me or reply if you see this and let me know what you can!

Or of course if anyone else has any info on the car, it would be most appreciated!

    Thanks!

You can't actually search on VIN number on the Forum, Colin. Theoretically 3-letter terms are searchable, but in practice it doesn't work. Adding the "#", as in #442 to make it 4 characters, doesn't help either! So, without a User-name, you're lost. Maybe Tim has the VIN and member real name/User-name relationships, from the original full-member Forum registration, but that is not public information anyway, I guess.

Sometimes members publish their real names in posts, say in their "signature" for example, such as "Colin Murrell", so searching on a known surname may just help identify a possible user-name. Long shot!
