    I buy mine from EBC and use Red Stuff. The last time I orderd I used the ones from a Lotus so they have the correct squared off bottom edge. The ones listed for our cars have a curve at the bottom so you have a few mm of the disc not being touched by the pad.

    If you order them from Power stop brakes Chris will know what you are talking about.

    As far as fitting the compensater I did mine last year using the Mini part. From beginning to end it was about 2 hours and the worst part was bending the tab that holds it in place on the lever. I resorted to my Dremel with a flexible drive in the end to remove it completely.

    At the MOT a few months later my tester reckoned it was the best Handbrake was the best he had ever seen on a ZT ever. 3 clicks and I can leave it on the steepest of hills.

    Yes but after some research we found EBC do make the correct pad but it listed for a Lotus.
