It has happened again today. Another Rover 75 V8 in Germany has been halved in price. Also Black coincidentally, and also previously advertised at a tad under 20,000 Euro. Now for 9,990. The previous car a month ago was RHD, so maybe more understandable. This is not, and therefore one of only 36 LHD R75V8 saloons made and very rare and normally "desirable". https://www.two-sixties.co.uk/mgoc26...678#post200678
It looks like or cars are be "downgraded" in the modern-classic market-place from the heady heights of prices being asked in the last yar or so in Germany. The fact that no cars appear to be moving at all abroad is however perhaps a sign of the times generally and an equally likely reason. The ZT260, is not (yet) 'discounted' in Germany, but the German 260 market, is also totally dead as it is here in Holland, and perhaps even in France? I fear that the UK may not be far behind, and a price slump cannot be ruled out. The current UK market is certainly very 'slack'.
