I have a Rover 75 V8 Connoisseur SE for sale.


Starlight silver, charcoal grey leather interior, very clean, original condition inside and out, with FSH and all MOTs, former MG / Rover press car. MOT April 2017, 4 owners, Electric sunroof, Electric windows, Air conditioning, Parking aid, CD player, Leather trim, Heated seats, Height adjustable driver's seat, Metallic paint, Alloy wheels, Power steering, Steering wheel reach adjustment, Cruise control, Central locking, Driver's airbags, Passenger airbags. Mileage 38,800. All working except the TV which is still analog.


Asking price is £7750 ono.

Nice looking car. Pity the wheels appear to have been over-painted instead of re-machined and re-clear-lacquered like they should be. Fixable, at a price (!) as I know.
Getting pretty scarce in any condition, so the price for a nice looking car is not unreasonable, I think.

Yes...my only grumble is, that when I got this car home, it turned out to be a bath tub inside! Apart from that, she's coming along nicely! Interestingly, she came with paper work in which John Towers name featured. I sent off to the DVLA for the previous history. The first two owners were MG Rover and Phoenix Holdings. At this point the names and signatures of anyone connected with the car had been redacted. I've filed at FOI request with the DVLA to find out who these people are.
