Default Help me get into 260 ownership - Not ZT but is v8

    Hello All

An occasional poster on here who is/was hoping to get a 260 this year or next.

I currently own a Triumph Stag (original engine - which has been fully rebuilt, with 4 speed overdrive).
Due to not getting enough use (which is what older cars need) I have decided to sell my Stag, and wondered if anyone on here is maybe interested in buying one (or knows someone who is/might be)?

I saw the trophy blue Mk.1 ZT 260 on eBay which finished yesterday (seller is in Bradford and the car sold for £5,100) - grrrr very frustrated had no money and this was my ideal spec!
Anyway, details of my Stag are here - http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C739575

    Cheers

    Andrew

Hi Andrew, Dad had a Stag for several years, great cars.
Good luck selling and 260 hunting :coo:

    Hi Ritchie

Thanks for the thought (I'm afraid that's what a good one is worth - you can pay a lot more!).
I know some 260s sell (or their owners try to sell them) for around £12,000
