    Default Yellow Engine Warning Light

Hi Has anyone got any ideas on how to solve the Engine Warning Light which has now started to show.

Previously I have replaced the purge value about 1 year ago as this was the fault code, have checked all connections and have checked for blockages, all appears clear.

Have sourced a new carbon filter canister and just replaced this but the light is still persistently staying on.

Has any one any ideas of what I could check next.

    many thanks.

By "all appears clear" do you mean no fault codes on an OBD reader? Look for pending codes too. Clear the codes and check regularly for pending codes before the yellow comes on (if it does) again.

Thanks David. When referring to all clear - meant the pipes did not appear blocked

will check for pending obo codes and then reset And then periodically check to see if anything comes back. Thanks
