Given that you joined the club over two and a half years ago Peter don't you think it is time you became a full member. Or you can buy them from Suplex http://www.suplex.de/en/contact who say they supply MG-Rover. I have bought a pair of front springs from them for my ZT 260.
In case of any doubt, I would never replace a single spring – always replace the pair.
