Value is really low, not good news for those selling privately if some let them go for low prices.

    AGREE absolutely.

    £3,500...

Another problem..Insurance Right 0ff/ repair Claims etc....IF the assessors' see sub £4 prices..for 260's..popping up. It will ..devalue..our car's..not only if we want to sell em..but..also when it comes to accident / claim time. The Insurance companies will be righting 260's off..far more frequently..repair costs v value calculations etc

Guide price is purely that and it'll likely sell for more. What do you guys think the sound is that is mentioned in the advert?

What surprises me is that it's going straight to an auction rather than being advertised for what the OP actually wants to achieve in a sale first. I'd have thought that a car such as this would warrant at least a few weeks to see if there is a buyer out there. Even fees for selling - autotrader, ebay etc .... will be far less I'd have thought than an auction house fee ... Guaranteed sale though I guess and no tyre kickers just coming round for a look.

Yes this may seem low, but the high miles will put off 95% of buyers for ZT V8s and I think that's a fairly good auction price for nearly 100k miles. why it went to auction is a bit strange but they are on sellers doorstep, but if it went a std auction it probably wouldn't make £2,000 as it only books at £2,000 with 80k miles.

WBAC trade robbers value it at £350
