It's Quite thick, I could fit some Perforated Stainless Plates if need must, but I think it will be OK.

Did anyone investigate an inlet manifold similar to the 260 for the 180? or one like the Alfa Romeo 2.5 v6 engine (190 bhp)? seems as though something could be knocked up??
It is really a double manifold. one with the butterfly's closed and then open. so complicated
Fitted the Catch Tank today, A nice bit of polished Copper Tube
Next job clean up the engine bay.
