    Guide me home headlamps are car lamps that stay on for a short time, normally 60 seconds after the car is locked at night. If you turn off the ignition and then turn off the headlights they will stay illuminated for a short period, presumably to allow you the time to find your front door. Not very useful if you reverse into your drive/park on the road outside.

    If I remember from my Diesel ZT they can also be set on the rear lights to do it, not quite as effective, but better than nothing!

    Yes that's right my 190's got that feature.

    i prefer front and rear to stay on, but sometimes I think did I leave the lights on or not,but with just the front ones on you know you switched them off,but that's probably just an age thing.
