    £1600 doesn't sound a lot to me, prices I hear tend to be £2-2,500.

    BRC and Prins need specialist service, but there are others more suitable for home DIY.

    Bernard would be best to advise on that, but if you don't intend to do your own maintenance make sure that you have somebody close that can look after it for you. LPG service outlets will only deal in one or maybe a couple of different systems.
