Default Vacuum hose from PCV to T/B

Ford uprated the vacuum hose on the 4.6.
Hava a look at your engine and if you have the soft elbow going from the PCV-valve to the vacuum tube that connect with the T/B, this is a worthwhile upgrade.

It prevents a vacuum leak that caused me 2 day of a headache

Now at reduced price at SMC

Just a quick question on this Herman is it the soft or hard elbow we want? Because mine is different to the one in the picture but has hard plastic elbow that is if it's the right thing I am looking at
    Cheers

Hard. When I had a problem, the soft tube that connect the PCV (on the O/S cam-cover) to the plastic pipe had disintegrated.
The soft tube is shaped to clear the fuel rail. The one above has hard tube all the way to the connections at both ends.
