It must have had the gearbox out to do the clutch and flywheel. Was the engine and box dropped out as a unit? If not suspect a bent input shaft.

Does it vibrate at the revs stated if you take it above 2500rpm and then lift off? Has it had a new clutch fitted and if so was it ok before the job was done. I had a phone call from a garage about a car with vibration and they admitted they had not taken the engine out to do the job.
When i spoke to Stuart the conclusion was that the crank might be bent as the impact i had with the lamp post pushed everything back into the engine.
The clutch and flywheel were done with the engine out. There was no vibration prior to the accident.

It was vibrating before the engine and box were taken out. It was all dropped out on the sub frame so no damage removing it. It now out again with the sump off and going to have the crank balanced. Thanks

They are all ok. I ran it with a jack under the engine with the weigh off the mounts and it still done it. Its a very heavy vibration that goes right tho the car. Thanks
