This makes it a little clearer.
MNH are 18" 11-spoke straight
MVV are 18" 10 spoke straggered (?). Named Apex with Finish in Smoked Chrome.

So it looks like the 11-spoke straights (MNH) being the only type available means a full set of four so that it no look strange ;-)
