Is it me, or the shadows on the photo but that gear knob looks a little more worn than 10k would suggest.

i Guess it depends where the 10,000 miles have been done.

10,000 up and down the motorway is a short easy 10,000
10,000 on the Scilly Isles or Jersey would be a long hard 10,000

If you look a little closer he says 10,000 was a mistake and it should be 100,000.

Yeah but.....................100,000 miles, last serviced at 84,491 suggests that it hasn't been particularly well looked after. The advert isn't designed to instill confidence either. The buyer has also said that the seller wants an extra £1000 so it may be listed again soon.

hmmm, well mine has 108k and i wouldnt be planning on selling for that money! Mine has official stamps to a similar level nd then self - maintained from around 90k so maybe that will be the case on this one too. Hard to know I suppose but to be honest the oil comes out as clean as it went in on these lumps from my experience so even 15k on one oil change I dont think would be the end of the world to be honest. Depends how long ago that was. depends on ownership too

Didn't mean to suggest that 100,000 miles was excessive, but the casual mention of "Sorry to dissappont some you the cars got 100,000 miles on it my mistake sorry Service records up to 84491." when he originally stated 10,000 miles is a pretty basic error.
Anyway it looks as if it hasn't sold because the buyer has posted feedback "Won item, no reserve stated and now wants £1000 more!! Avoid!!" So it may well be reappearing soon.
